Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, and we will notify you of any delays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are as follows:

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, postal service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at www.usps.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Starvella is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to USPS handling.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local USPS office.
  • If you experience any shipping issues, contact us at contact@starvella.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to modify addresses once an order has been placed.
